10. Where, before the date these Regulations come into force any application is made, any action is commenced or any decision is pending by a Board, the Agency or the National Appeal Panel under the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1995(1), the provisions of those Regulations shall, notwithstanding regulation 17 (revocations) continue to apply on or after that date in respect of any such action or decision.
