The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56 and 82 of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with sections 81(3)(a) and 82(3)(a) of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
