1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Quality (Scotland) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 20th April 2010.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1980 Act” means the Water (Scotland) Act 1980(1);
“the 2001 Regulations” means the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 2001(2); and
“the 2006 Regulations” means the Private Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 2006(3).
