Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Scottish Ministers, after consulting the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council(1) and the Governors of Edinburgh College of Art(2), and with the consent of the University Court of the University of Edinburgh(3), make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 47(1), (1A), (2), (4) and (6) and 60 of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992(4) and of all other powers enabling them to do so:

The Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council was established by the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005.

In accordance with section 47(5) of the 1992 Act.
(3)
In accordance with section 47(8) of the 1992 Act.
