The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred on them by section 72(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Amendment Order 2015 and comes into force on 25th February 2015.
2.—(1) The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014(2) is amended as follows.
(2) After article 2, insert—
“2A. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 65 of the Act is 25th February 2015.”.
(3) In article 3, for “sections 65 and” substitute “section”.

This Order amends the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014 with regard to the commencement of section 65 (extension of schemes for meeting losses and liabilities of health service bodies) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014. Section 65 amends section 85B (schemes for meeting losses and liabilities etc. of certain health service bodies) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978.
