PART 1 SPreliminary
Citation, extent and commencementS
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and extend to Scotland.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2015.
Establishment of the NHS Pension Scheme (Scotland) 2015S
2.—(1) A scheme is established for the payment of pensions and other benefits to or in respect of—
(a)health service workers mentioned in regulation 18(1);
(b)such other persons as are mentioned in regulation 18(2).
(2) This scheme is to be known as the NHS Pension Scheme (Scotland) 2015.
