8. Part 4 of schedule 1 of the International Organisations Act 1968(1) does not operate so as to confer any privilege or immunity on—
(a)a member of the official staff of any person referred to in articles 3 to 7,
(b)the family of any person referred to in articles 3 to 7, or
(c)the family of a member of the official staff of any person referred to in articles 3 to 7.
1968 c. 48. Part 4 of schedule 1 was amended by paragraph 90 of schedule 3(3) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1992 (c. 48), paragraph 103 of schedule 8(2) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 (c. 22) and S.I. 1988/1298, S.I. 1988/1299 and S.I. 1991/757.
