Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservations Areas) Act 1990
11In section 60(3) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9), at the end there are added the following words “unless it is a building which is a chapel forming part of an episcopal house of residence and is included in the list maintained by the Church Buildings Council under section 1 of the Care of Places of Worship Measure 1999 or is otherwise subject to the faculty jurisdiction”.
