The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1), (3)(a), (4)(f) and (9) of the Employment Relations Act 2004(1).
In accordance with section 42(8) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
