A draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by Parliament in accordance with section 59(3A) of the Commons Act 2006(1).
Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15C(5)(a) and (7) and 59(1) of the Commons Act 2006(2), makes the following Order:
2006 c. 26. Section 59(3A) was inserted by section 16(3) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (c. 27).
Section 15C was inserted by section 16(1) of the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013.
