1U.K.In section 41(1), after the word “Act” where it first occurs, there shall be inserted the words “or of sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974,”; and after the words “the order is made,”, there shall be inserted the words “or, in the case of an order in respect of which a notice is published under the said section 11, within six weeks from the date on which such notice is published,”.
2U.K.In section 68(1), after the word “Act”, there shall be inserted the words “or sections 9 to 11 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974,”.
3U.K.In section 84(3), after the word “Act”, where it first occurs, there shall be inserted the words “or under section 10 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974”.
