(b)in relation to a compulsory purchase order made before the commencement of this Act under Part II of Schedule 1 to the Act of 1946, or section 9 or section 23 of the Water Act 1945 or section 67 of the M3Water Resources Act 1963, or section 11 of the M4Pipe-lines Act 1962, or
(c)in relation to a notice served under section 59 of the M5Housing Act 1964 before the commencement of this Act.
