8U.K.Every order or regulation under this Act made by the Minister of Health and Social Services for Northern IrelandF1... by virtue of the power conferred by paragraph 1F2... or paragraph 6 of this Schedule, and every regulation made solely by the Minister of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland under section 120 of this Act, shall be subject to negative resolution within the meaning of section 41(6) of the M1Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 as if it were a statutory instrument within the meaning of that Act.
