8U.K.Every order or regulation under this Act made by [the Minister for Health, Social Services and Public Safety]... by virtue of the power conferred by paragraph 1... or paragraph 6 of this Schedule... shall be subject to negative resolution within the meaning of section 41(6) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 as if it were a statutory instrument within the meaning of that Act.
