This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
3In section 86 of the [1955 c. 18.] Army Act 1955 and section 86 of the [1955 c. 19.] Air Force Act 1955 (officers having power to convene courts-martial) subsection (4) (which is inconsistent with amendments made to subsection (1) by the [1971 c. 33.] Armed Forces Act 1971) shall cease to have effect.
