30E+WIn section 4(2) of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 (power to grant bail in appeals from Divisional Courts), after the words “in relation to” there shall be inserted the words “the time and the placeof appearance appointed and” and, after the words “entered into”, there shall be inserted the words “by any surety”.
