30In section 4(2) of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 (power to grant bail in appeals from Divisional Courts), after the words " in relation to " there shall be inserted the words " the time and place of appearance appointed and " and, after the words " entered into ", there shall be inserted the words " by any surety ".
