11Interpretation
(1)In this Act—
" the 1975 Act" means the [1975 c. 21.] Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975;
" constable " means a constable within the meaning of the [1967 c. 77.] Police (Scotland) Act 1967 acting in the course of his duties;
" diet" includes any continuation of a diet.
(2)Except where the context otherwise requires, expressions used in this Act and in the 1975 Act shall have the same meanings in this Act as in that Act.
