The Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (c. 42)E+W
26(1)In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (enactments conferring functions assigned to social service committee)—E+W
(a)in the entry relating to the Mental Health Act 1959, for the words “sections 8 and 9" there shall be substituted “ section 8" ”; and
(b)F1. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(2)At the end of that Schedule there shall be added—
