74U.K.In paragraph (a) of the definition of “the relevant planning enactment” in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 13 to the Finance Act 1986, for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
