75U.K.In Part III of Schedule 2 to the Channel Tunnel Act 1987, in paragraph 27(8) for the words “section 290(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971” there shall be substituted the words “section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990”.
