1973 c. 60.	The Breeding of Dogs Act 1973.	In section 1, in subsection (2), the words “under this Act” and the words from “and on payment” to “determine” and, in subsection (4)(b), the words “(so far as necessary)”.
		In section 5, in subsection (1), the words from the beginning to “Provided that” and, in subsection (2), the definitions of “breeding establishment” and, in Scotland, “breeding or rearing establishment”.
