42E+W+SIn section 14(2) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (provision of medical information in relation to statutory sick pay), after “regulations” there is inserted “ made with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue ”.

“(1A)Any regulations for the purposes of subsection (1) above must be made with the concurrence of the Inland Revenue.”
