[F2(1)]In this Act “qualifying provision” means a provision of any of the following—
(a)[F3assimilated direct] legislation;
(b)technical standards made in accordance with Chapter 2A of Part 9A;
[F4(ba)other subordinate legislation made under [F5assimilated direct] legislation;]
(c)subordinate legislation F6... made by virtue of regulations made under section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
[F7(2)In this section, “subordinate legislation” has the same meaning as in the Interpretation Act 1978 (see section 21 of that Act).]]
