124Assistance and support: primary ophthalmic servicesE+W
(1)[F1The Board] may provide assistance or support to any person providing or proposing to provide primary ophthalmic services under a general ophthalmic services contract [F2or primary ophthalmic services that fall within section 115(4)].
(2)Assistance or support provided by [F3the Board] under subsection (1) is provided on such terms, including terms as to payment, as [F4the Board] considers appropriate.
(3)“Assistance” includes financial assistance.
