Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13)

64 In section 79A—

(a) for “section 13 of the Charities Act 2006)” substitute “section 25 of the Charities Act 2011)”, and

(b) for “subsection (2) of that section” substitute “section 26(2) of that Act”.
