86E+W+SIn section 150(2) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (Christmas bonus: interpretation), for the definition of “retirement pension” substitute—
““retirement pension” means—
(a)a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014,
(b)a retirement pension under this Act, or
(c)graduated retirement benefit.”
