Sections 31, 37 and 39 to 42 (Transformer vehicles, Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments and Repeals) Order 2001, Consequential provision, Extent, Commencement and Short title) commence on Royal Assent. All other provisions of the Act will come into force on the day or days that the Treasury (or, in the case of section 32, the Secretary of State) may by regulations appoint.
