Section 15.

FIRST SCHEDULEExpenses to be left out of account for purposes of Local Government Act, 1933, s. 193 (3)

1Any expenditure under the Burial Acts, 1852 to 1906.

2Any expenditure under the Public Libraries Acts, 1892 to 1919.

3Any expenditure incurred in providing or acquiring land for a recreation ground or public walk under subsection (1) of section eight of the Local Government Act, 1894, or in exercising any powers under the said subsection (1) in relation to a recreation ground or public walk provided under that subsection or under the Public Improvements Act, 1860.

4Any expenditure under the Allotments Acts, 1908 to 1950.

5Any expenditure under Part VIII of the Public Health Act, 1936.

6Any expenditure under Part VI of the Local Government Act, 1948.

7Any expenditure under section three of this Act.
