  2. 1.Meaning of the Word "Commissioners".

  3. 2.Two Members of Estates Committee may execute certain Acts.

  4. 3.Three Church Estates Commissioners to be Joint Treasurers of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners.

  5. 4.Authorizing Exchanges between Ecclesiastical Corporations and the Ecclesiastical Commissioners.

  6. 5.Certain Payments and Conveyances and Assignments to be made by Instruments of Commissioners instead of Orders in Council.

  7. 6.Copies of such Instruments to be appended to Commissioners Annual Report.

  8. 7.Lambeth Library to be maintained by Ecclesiastical Commissioners.

  9. 8.The Lollards Tower and Cardinal Morton's Tower.

  10. 9.Commissioners may accept Conveyances of Lands, &c. for Annexation to Benefices, and appropriate Monies for the Purchase.

  11. 10.Orders in Council to be registered, and published in the London Gazette.

  12. 11.Power to Commissioners to apply Capital Monies to certain Purposes.

  13. 12.Provision as to Dilapidations on Episcopal Estates.

  14. 13.Further Provision as to Dilapidations on Episcopal Estates.

  15. 14.Arrangements how to be made.

  16. 15.The Lands of the Archdeaconry of Colchester to vest in the Commissioners on the next Avoidance or sooner with the Consent of the present Archdeacon.

  17. 16.The Commissioners to provide 600l. a Tear for the Archdeacon of Colchester, 300l. a Year for the Archdeacon of Essex, and various Sums for certain Livings in the Diocese of Rochester.

  18. 17.Improved Provision for the Cure of Souls in Westminster.

  19. 18.Commissioners may assign certain Stipends to be payable out of Estates of Cathedral Churches, &c.

  20. 19.Charge of certain Expenses on Funds of Commissioners.

  21. 20.Certain Expenses to be paid out of Funds in the Hands of the Commissioners.

  22. 21.Repealing in part Sect. 12 of 4 & 5 Vict. c.39 as to Rectory of Southwell.

  23. 22.Amendment of Sect. 8 of 28 & 29 Vict. c.42.

  24. 23.Not to effect Christ Church, Oxford, or Manchester.
