SCHEDULEREPEALS—THE FACTORIES ACT 1961

| Section 125. | In subsection (2), paragraph (h) and the words in paragraph (j) from “and the provisions” to the end of the paragraph; and in subsection (3), the reference to paragraph (h) of subsection (2). |
| Section 126. | In subsection (2), paragraph (h) and the words in paragraph (j) “and duties of persons employed”. |
| Section 127. | In subsection (2), paragraph (h) and the words in paragraph (j) “and duties of persons employed”. |
| Section 136. | The whole section. |
| Section 143. | The whole section. |
| Section 155. | In subsection (2), the words from “of a contravention by an employed person” to “persons employed or” and the words “the contravention of the said provisions of Part X of this Act, or”. |
