Whereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 192 of the County Courts Act 1959(1) and all other powers enabling Her Majesty, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
, as amended by the Administration of Justice Act 1969 (c. 58), the Administration of Justice Act 1973 (c.15), the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (c. 39), the Solicitors Act 1974 (c. 47), the Administration of Justice Act 1977 (c. 38) and the Charging Orders Act 1979 (c. 53).
