(Regulations 2, 3, 6 and 7)
1. The Bank of England.
2. A recognised bank or a licensed institution within the meaning of the Banking Act 1979.
3. The Post Office, in the exercise of its powers to provide banking services.
4. A trustee savings bank within the meaning of section 3 of the Trustee Savings Bank Act 1969.
5. A building society which has been designated for the purpose of section 1 of the House Purchase and Housing Act 1959.
