SCHEDULEINSTITUTIONS AUTHORISED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 14 OF THE ACT FOR KEEPING OF CLIENT ACCOUNTS AND TO WHICH THE OBLIGATION IMPOSED BY SECTION 14(1) DOES NOT APPLY
1. The Bank of England.
2. A recognised bank or a licensed institution within the meaning of the Banking Act 1979.
3. The Post Office, in the exercise of its powers to provide banking services.
4. A trustee savings bank within the meaning of section 3 of the Trustee Savings Bank Act 1969.
5. A building society which has been designated for the purpose of section 1 of the House Purchase and Housing Act 1959.
