2. The National Savings Bank Regulations 1972(1) shall be amended as follows:—
(a)in Regulation 33(1)—
(i)by inserting before the words “nominate any person” the words “before 1st May 1981”;
(ii)by inserting at the end of the paragraph the following sentence—
“A nomination made after 30th April 1981 shall be of no effect.”;
(b)in Regulation 35(1)(e), by inserting after the words “duly made in accordance with these Regulations” the words “before 1st May 1981”.
