The Secretary of State, on the recommendation of the Manpower Services Commission, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Industrial Training Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishments) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 2nd December 1985.
2. The activities carried on at each establishment specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, being an establishment of an employer in the industry of an industrial training board, shall instead of being included for the purposes of the Act in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training Order specified in column 2 of that Schedule, be included for those purposes in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of that Schedule.

This Order comes into operation on 2nd December 1985. It transfers the activities of the establishments specified in column 1 of the Schedule to the Order from the industry of the industrial training board specified in column 2 of the Schedule. The activities of the establishments so specified are transferred to the industry of the industrial training board specified in column 3 of the Schedule.
