PART II
A variable-time employee of a body described in column (1) of Part I who is not also in the whole-time employment of such a body.
A whole-time employee or a variable-time employee of the Board of Governors of the Museum of London, other than a person appointed under section 9(2) of the Museum of London Act 1965(1) to act as secretary or treasurer of the Board.
A whole-time employee or a variable-time employee of any other body which is a local authority for the purposes of the Local Loans Act 1875(2).
A whole-time employee of a passenger transport executive.
