The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23A of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1972(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:

1972 c. 46; section 23A was inserted by section 8 of the Rating and Valuation (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 1984 (c. 31).
