The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 96(10) of the Transport Act 1968(1) and now vested in him(2) and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 101(6) of thatAct, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Drivers' Hours (Passenger and Goods Vehicles) (Exemption) (Revocation) Regulations 1987 and shallcome into force on 2nd February 1987.
2. —The Drivers' Hours (Passenger and Goods Vehicles) (Exemption) Regulations 1987(3) are hereby revoked.
