The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with agriculture in Scotland and Northern Ireland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly in exercise of powers conferred by section 6(2)(a) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) and now vested in them(2), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation in accordance with the said section 6(2)(a) with the Home-Grown Cereals Authority, hereby make the following Regulations:—
