Amendment of regulations 25 and 27 of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1983
2. In regulations 25(1) and 27 of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1983(1) (disregard of pension payments on account of redundancy and calculation of weekly amounts of certain pension payments) for the words “the age of 60” there shall be substituted in each of those regulations the words “the age of 55”.
