In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 80(1) and (4) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974(1), and having consulted such bodies as appear to me to be appropriate, I hereby make the following Regulations:

1974 c. 37; section 80(4) is an substituted by the Employment Protection Act 1975 (c. 71), Schedule 15, paragraph 19.
