Interpretation
6.1 In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires–
(a)“the Act” means the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985(1) and words or expressions bear the same meaning as in that Act;
(b)“the Hague Convention” means the convention defined in section 1(1) of the Act and “the European Convention” means the convention defined in section 12(1) of the Act.
