Mode of application
6.2—(1) Except as otherwise provided by this Part, every application under the Hague Convention and the European Convention shall be made by originating summons, which shall be in Form No. 10 in Appendix A to the Rules of the Supreme Court 1965(1).
(2) An application in custody proceedings for a declaration under section 23(2) of the Act shall be made by summons in those proceedings.
