Development by statutory undertakers
6. In Part 17 of Schedule 2 to the 1988 Order (development by statutory undertakers) in Class B at the end of paragraph B2 insert–
“and the reference to operational land includes land designated by an order made under section 14 or 16 of the Harbours Act 1964(1) whether or not the order was brought into operation in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 1945(2).”
