Interpretation
2. In these Regulations—
“Schedule 1A” means Schedule 1A to the Social Security Pensions Act 1975 (revaluation of pensions and transfer values); and
“short service benefit” means the same as in Schedule 16 to the Social Security Act 1973(1) (requirements as to preservation of benefit under occupational pension schemes).
