1. This Order shall come into force on 1st August 1991 and may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Canada) (Amendment) Order 1991.
2 The Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Canada) Order 1987(1) shall be amended by adding in article 3 (which names the Canadian courts, including the courts of Provinces, which are to be recognised courts for the purposes of Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933) after “New Brunswick”, the word, “Newfoundland”.
