Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.2 Partial Revocation) and (Nos.4 and 5 Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 1st August 1991.
Partial Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.2) Order 1991(1) except in so far as it applies to the area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby revoked.
Revocation
3. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.4) Order 1991(2) and the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.5) Order 1991(3) are hereby revoked.
