The Community Health Councils (Amendment) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 13(1), 18(1), 20(3), 126(3), (4) and (5) and 128(1) of and paragraphs 2(a) and (c) and 6 of Schedule 7 to the National Health Service Act 1977(1)and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1977 c. 49; section 13(1) was amended by paragraph 33 of Schedule 1 to the Health Services Act 1980 (c. 53) and by section 66(2) of and Schedule 10 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) (“the 1990 Act”); section 126(4) was amended and section 126(5) was inserted by section 65(2) of the 1990 Act; section 128(1) is cited for the definition of “regulations”, which was amended by section 26(2)(i) of the 1990 Act.
