1. This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy and Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1991.
2. Table B in the Schedule to the Bankruptcy Fees Order 1984(3) shall be amended by substituting for the amount “£17.83” shown in relation to Fee No.11, the amount “£19.55”.
3. The Schedule to the Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees Order 1985(4)shall be amended by substituting for the amount “£17.83” shown in relation to Fee No.14, the amount “£19.55”.

This Order, which further amends the Bankruptcy Fees Order 1984 (S.I. 1984/880) and the Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees Order 1985 (S.I. 1985/1784), increases with effect from 2nd April 1991 the fees chargeable under those instruments in respect of the insertion in the London Gazette of certain notices from £17.83 to £19.55.
These Orders apply to insolvency proceedings where the bankruptcy petition was presented or the winding up commenced before 29th December 1986.
1914 c. 59, which remains in effect in relation to bankruptcy proceedings, where the bankruptcy petition was presented before 29th December 1986, pursuant to paragraph 10 of Schedule 11 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45).
1985 c. 6, which remains in effect in relation to winding up by the court, where the winding up commenced before 29th December 1986, pursuant to paragraph 4 of Schedule 11 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
