The Secretaries of State respectively concerned with health in England, in Wales and in Scotland and the Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of powers conferred by section 62(2), (3) and (7) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act l990(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

1990 c. 19; sections 62 and 67(5) were amended by article 7(7) and (8) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/195). Section 62(7) is cited for the definitions of “the Health Ministers” and “regulations”.
